What does it do?

Our services are registered to cater for individuals requiring personal assistance in any daily living activity, convalescence following discharge from hospital following an operation or debilitating illnes, respite or holiday cover from a primary carer, chronic illness to enable indiviuals to  be cared for in their home environment rather than residential care, that require day, night or 24 hour professional care.  Whatever the individuals requirements our provision will assess and develop care packages tailored to their individual needs.

What to expect then:

Arrangements will be made for one of the managers or the qualified care co-coordinators to meet the individual and where applicable their carers prior to the commencement of the service in order to arrange and establish suitable care packages.  This will determine when they will commence and establish the time and duration of staff visits.
