What does it do?
Our Trained Activity Support Workers will help draw up and facilitate a schedule of activities and pastimes that are meaningful and pleasurable for the person with dementia. This plan can change with the condition. Activities may be at home or in the community and are always one to one. Carers can join in or take a break- knowing that the person they care for is doing what they want, when and where they want to be doing it.
