What does it do?Citizens Advice Hampshire is a consortium of independent Citizens Advice Bureaux. We are a charity working together to improve advice services for the people of Hampshire

3 CAB’s from within our network - New Forest CAB, Basingstoke CAB, Tadley CAB are working in partnership with FirstStop to offer, through their offices and outreach appointments, a housing options service including help in the following areas:
  • Housing and Care options advice including ‘staying put’ or ‘moving on’
  • Help with benefits applications
  • Advice regarding debt
  • Referrals to appropriate partner organisations for further relevant support
  • Raise awareness of the wider advice and support available through EAC First Stop
