What does it do?Trained, caring staff providing personal care as well as social and practical support to older people in their own homes.

Our aim is for people to live well wih dementia and we do this by understanding what people with dementia and their carers really want, by working with individual, families, professionals and other organisations to deliver a tailored service.

All our staff involved in the care and support of people with dementia have the necessary values, skills and experience to provide the best quality of care and support in the roles and settings where they work, ensuring that diginity and respect are paramount.
