ACES has a home-from-home atmosphere where older people can socialise, be cared for and exchange the gift of friendship in a safe and supportive environment.  Our service users can use the many facilities, join in with the range of activities or simply relax and enjoy the company of others. 

This service offers support, Day care, minority ethnic support services, advocacy, advice and information, sign posting, meals on wheels and take-away service, transport, home help support, personal care support and a telephone befriending service.

This service is for older people in the Northampton area.
