What does it do?

Helping with personal care, domestic tasks and companionship in your own home.

Hanover's Care at Home service runs within various areas in Scotland.

Our care staff can help with personal care, domestic tasks, shopping and companionship, maintaining mobility; dressing and undressing; preparing meals; assistance with feeding and medication, as well as general cleaning, laundry and shopping. The service can also help users maintain contact with family and friends and allow permanent carers to take short breaks from caring.

We are committed to the highest standards of care and our staff receive training in a range of subjects such as moving and handling, health and safety and food hygiene. As well as being fully insured our staff are vetted which includes an
undertaking an enhanced disclosure and reference checks. 

The service is flexible and can be adapted to suit changing needs, enabling the user to live in their own home comfortably and securely for longer.  

Our most recent inspection rated the service as 'Very Good'.
