What does it do?All our day centres offer spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to 30 clients and are open to anyone over the age of 55. The cost is £9.00 per session; this includes refreshments and lunch. A typical day begins at 10:30am. On arrival clients are served hot buttered toast and tea or coffee. A three course lunch is served at 12:30pm. Tea and coffee with biscuits are served at 3:00pm before the session ends. There are various activities on offer, participation is voluntary in all activities.

We have 5 day centres
Tuesday: Kilmory Community Centre, Bispham, and Aysgarth Community Centre, South Shore
Wednesday: Tarnside Community Centre, Mereside
Thursday: Kincraig Community Centre, Bispham
Friday: Aysgarth Community Centre, South Shore
