Personal/ Careline alarm and monitoring service run by FODDC

What does it do?

Forest Linkline is a 24 hour emergency and monitoring service, run by the Forest of Dean District Council, offering round the clock access to a trained operator, providing you with the reassurance and support you need to help you live independently in your own home.

In the event of an emergency or a situation that causes distress, by pressing your body-worn pendant a call will be triggered to a trained professional at our monitoring centre who will provide you with the required assistance.
Our Linkline service offers peace of mind to both you and your family.



Who it is for?

Anyone can benefit from the service, particularly those who feel isolated or alone, live independently yet are facing the challenges of age or illness, are at risk from unwanted callers, suffering from domestic abuse or simply need a little more support around the home.

Local service (Forest of Dean).

What it costs:

The current hire and maintenance/monitoring charge is £3.48 per week, including VAT.
Clients may be exempt from paying VAT dependent on their medical circumstances.
