What does it do?Bilford Court Lunch Club-meets every Wednesday at 12:15. The cost is £3 per person.

The Triangle lunch Club meets at the YMCA St Johns every Tuesday at 12:15. There is also an optional gentle exercise session preceding lunch at 11:15. Luch is £2.50, exercise session is £1.25.
