What does it do?Led by a Garden Mentor and Horticultural Garden Officer, a team of volunteers visit gardens in the Hartfordshire area and return them over a period of time to a manageable state. This happens over three stages; Firstly a Horticultural Officer will undertake an assessment of your garden, then depending on the level of work required, a team of gardeners will visit your garden on 2 or 3 occasions. They will then look to maintain your garden in the future through signposting to further organisations.
