What does it do?The County Council has supported schemes of this nature since 1981.

Who it is for:

Community and Voluntary Transport Schemes provide a transport service for people who are unable to use mainstream public transport. This is usually due to impaired mobility as a result of old age or disability, or as a result of living in a remote location. The schemes are all provided by not-for-profit organisations within the voluntary sector.

Local service covering: Cannock Chase, East Staffordshire, Lichfield, Newcastle-under-Lyme, South Staffordshire, Stafford, Staffordshire Moorlands, Tamworth (Staffordshire).
