Day centres provide a range of activities and services for older people, people with a learning disability and people with physical disabilities. You can take part in a particular activity, or spend the whole day accessing activities and socialising.

To join a day centre, a referral can be made by the prospective user, their carer, relative, social worker, GP, community nurse or other professional. Contact the centre and speak with the management to arrange an assessment of needs.
