What does it do?
Our aim is to support you in maintaining your independence at home though the provision of safe nutritious food. There are two services which can help meet your needs:
Community meals - hot meals delivered daily
Meals direct - frozen meals delivered fortnightly straight to your freezer

Who it is for?
This service is available to older people in Plymouth who require a meal delivery service to maintain independence.

Local service (Plymouth).
What it costs:
The standard price for community meals (hot meal delivery) is currently £2.65 per main meal and sweet.
The price for the meals direct service (frozen meal delivery) is dependant on the meal you chose; a menu with prices will be sent to you. If you have had an assessment from Adult Social Care and are eligible for the service under your care plan the meals will be £2.50 per main meal and dessert.
