What does it do?Call24 provides a 24 hour, seven days a week monitoring service via a base unit and personal trigger button that is worn around the neck or wrist. It connects into the customers land line telephone to allow them to summon assistance at any time of day or night. Providing reasurrance and peace of mind to both the customer,family, friends and carers knowing that they can aways call for help when ever they require it.

Who it is for: Call24 telecare alarms are suitable for anyone, including the elderly, individuals with an illness or disability and people living in remote locations. | Where it is available: National service (England, Scotland, Wales). | What it costs: The standard service starts at £3.18 (excluding VAT) per week, with the majority of Call24 customers being eligible for a VAT free service which we will deal with when an alarm is ordered.
