What does it do?The service provides the management of residential homes, day centres, short term assessment and re-ablement service (STARS), warden services, lifeline and learning disability services.

Who it is for:

Applicants should be aged 18 years or over, and East Riding of Yorkshire residents, to be eligible for assessment.

It would be advisable to make an appointment, prior to visiting. Opening hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 4.30pm Fridays.
