The purpose of day care for older people is to:

• promote choice and wellbeing for older people with complex needs
• provide support to family carers
• minimise avoidable admission to long-term care or hospital 
• help promote effective rehabilitation and recovery

We will only focus upon those most in need.  

We have friendly, caring and experienced staff who are fully trained to provide the high care need that our service users may require. We work together to provide a multi-cultural programme that aims to be both interesting and enjoyable for people.  We aim to provide reliable day care to support family carers and promote independent living.

Daycare services are provided with Brent working in partnership with the voluntary sector.

Needs led assessment
If you feel that you would benefit from attending a day centre, you will need to get in touch with us through the One Stop Service (see contact details above) so that we can arrange a needs led assessment.

Alternatively clients can be referred directly to Day Centres privately and do not have to be referred by Brent. A charge will apply to use the centre.
