What does it do?

Our Home Care Service aims to support people in their own homes. We provide services seven days a week, 52 weeks a year, between 6.00am and 11.00pm. The Home Care Service aims to:

  • provide high quality and practical assistance to enable people to carry on living in their own homes for as long as possible.
  • provide services which meet individually assessed needs.
  • enhance self-help and independence.
  • support carers, allowing them time for themselves.
