What does it do?Yoga is a gentle form of exercise which can be adapted to suit individual needs.
It is also very beneficial in aiding relaxation and wellbeing.

Classes are run during term time on Thursday afternoons and Friday mornings.

Participants need to wear loose, comfortable clothing (trousers for ladies) and bring a drink of water with them.
Mats are provided.
