 | What does it do?Arden (Solihull) U3A is part of a national and international voluntary learning organization whose aim is life-long learning for people who are no longer in full-time work.
Arden U3A was set up in 1992 as a self-help, self-managed co-operative to provide educational, creative and leisure activities for retired or, semi-retired members of the local community.
With just under 100 full-time members Arden is one of the smaller Solihull U3A groups.
The programme includes a wide variety of talks by both guest speakers and members. It offers a friendly and social environment which
encourages and welcomes the active involvement of all members. |
