How to access or apply for it:
The centre is located in a quiet cul-de-sac just off Church Road, Hendon, near the Town Hall. It is a specially designed, bright, modern building with a secure, mature garden that is ideal for clients to use on warmer days.
The centre is open Monday - Thursday 9.30am - 3.15pm and Friday 9am - 1pm.
Referrals can be made directly by social workers, care managers, GPs, hospitals and families. This process is straightforward – please contact Jewish Care Direct on 020 8922 2222.
What to expect then:
Care plans are negotiated for each client as part of our referral and assessment process. They are reviewed regularly so we can be certain the service meets the needs of the client and their carers. Additional support may be provided from one of Jewish Care’s other services, such as home care, and we also support carers through our Carers’ Network.
