We are open 4 days a week, Monday (8.30am - 1.30pm) and Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays (8.30am and 3pm) and we are able to provide transport for those who require it. We are funded for 100 places per week, 15 - 25 people attend per day, which creates a friendly atmosphere.
We offer a regular programme of activities which include - exercise, dance, arts and crafts.
In addition to this we are able to offer "taster sessions" which include creative writing and I.T. skills. We are committed to working closely with the local community and schools.
