What does it do?Taster sessions in swimming, dancing, Tai Chi and Yoga etc, plus a healthy eating programme.

Fit as a fiddle is a unique programme for older people funded by the Big Lottery Fund. It offers new activities and opportunities across Yorkshire and Humber aimed at people 50+, improving fitness, health and wellbeing; from gardening, cookery, walking and chair based exercise to yoga, swimming, tai chi and bowls.

Ingredients to staying healthy
Keeping active, eating healthy and nutritious food and looking after your mental health, are three important ways to stay healthy in later life. Fit as a fiddle combines these ingredients in its programmes, keeping activities fun, relaxing and enjoyable.
