Age Concern - LiverpoolSpecialist Service for Carers of Older People

Prev 1 of 1 Next
What does it do?The service operates mainly through home visits and people can also be seen at our consulting rooms in the city centre or where they work. Telephone advice is also available.

We can visit during the evening and weekends if this is more convenient. By making home visits, we try to break down barriers and overcome isolation. Information, advice and support are given on a wide range of issues, including support services and welfare benefits, so that carers of older people can care more effectively for as long as they wish to.
