Whether you want to stretch your muscles or your mind, we've got everything you need right here.
We support regular weekly activities such as swimming, tai chi, yoga, gentle exercise, relaxation, tea dances, line dances and salsa. We also have monthly walking groups and, every now and then, we’ll add new activities for you to try. For example, there’s a cycle ride on the first Thursday of every month setting off from our Whitley Bay Centre at 10 am.
