Free Assessments offered and competitive rates available.   We offer support to all clients in the community.   Please contact us now with your enquiry where a member of our care coordination team will be happy to contact you in order to discuss your requirements and provide a quotation tailored around your individual needs.   Help may be available to you by Social Services.  We will be happy to provide you with contact details regarding this.

What to expect then:

Applicants can expect a care coordinator to be allocated to their enquiry as soon as it has been received.  This coordinator will be happy to discuss and make notes on the requirements stated.   The coordinator will also ensure that a visit is arranged in order to meet with you and personally assess needs and requirements to ensure that they are tailored to the individual requiring support.   We will provide a quotation to you regarding the care needs identified and will then arrange for a risk assessment to take place prior to the care package being put into place. 

Additional information:

Kent Social Care Professionals is fully registered with the CQC (Care Quality Commission), and specialise in the supply of qualified and well trained social care staff to the social care professions across Kent and Surrey.   In addition, all our care workers are fully inducted in line with National Minimum Standards.  All care workers go through a strict recruitment process, including a face to face interview and a minimum of 3 years referencing.  All care workers also hold an enhanced CRB which is less than 12 months old. 

Continuity of care is as important to us as it is to you and we will endeavour to ensure that our workers commit to your package for as long as is required.
