Who it is for: The service is available to people who are unable to cut their own toenails. | Where it is available: Local service covering: Basildon, Braintree, Brentwood, Castle point, Chelmsford, Colchester, Epping Forest, Harlow, Maldon, Rochford, Southend-on-Sea, Tendring, Thurrock, Uttlesford (Essex). | What it costs: There is a one-off registration fee of £5; and a charge of £12 each time your nails are trimmed. | How to access or apply for it: For more information or to make an appointment
