What does it do?Our Resources Centres are located in the reception area of our offices in Whitehaven, Workington, Egremont, Cockermouth, Wigton and Millom. They can help you find the information you need on a wide range of issues, services and opportunities.

We provide: advice, leaflets, information packs, fact sheets, books, social diaries with details of clubs, activity groups and other opportunities for over 50s.

You can drop in to the Centre and make an appointment to see our specialist advisers; either in your own home or at your nearest office,
