What does it do?As an integral part of the Information & Advice Service, we handle over 60 welfare rights cases a month. Not only can we give you information and advice about benefit entitlement over the phone, but thanks to a dedicated team of trained volunteers we can also visit you in your own home to give advice and to fill in complicated benefit application forms on your behalf.
