A range of fact-sheets covering issues from residential and home care services to leisure opportunities are available and an extensive library of information and resources is maintained and is available to clients and other organisations.

Who it is for: Older people in Berkshire | Where it is available: Local service covering: Bracknell Forest, Reading, Slough, West Berkshire, Windsor and Maidenhead, Wokingham (Berkshire). | What it costs: All of the information and advice services are provided free of charge. | How to access or apply for it: The service is staffed Monday – Friday 10.00 – 16.00. An answerphone service covers out-of-hours calls and messages are acknowledged during the next working day. All calls are treated as confidential.
