 | We offer confidential advice and practical support to older people and disabled people who need to repair, adapt or improve their homes. We can help owner occupiers and private tenants who are elderly or disabled. We can help organise essential works such as repairing a leaking roof, repairing or replacing rotten windows, rewiring electrical installations or replacing burst hot water cylinders. Adaptations can include the installation of such items as stair lifts or level entry showers. All of the above work may be eligible for a Local Authority grant or loan and we can advise and assist you in making an application where appropriate.. We can also advise about improvements to heating or insulation.
