We are a progressive, growing and successful charity, supporting twice as many people today, than in the year 2000.
As a non profit making organisation we can focus on providing quality services and reinvesting any surplus into our
services.
Many of the people we support have learning disabilities but we will work with anyone who would benefit from our person centred approach.
We were established in 1985 and now work throughout the Midlands, with teams in Warwickshire, Worcestershire,
Herefordshire and Solihull.•
Our Management team are highly motivated to run the organisation in a way that champions best practice.•
Training and Staff development is fundamental to what we do and we are committed to ongoing investment.
