What does it do?The Passport to Leisure (PTL) card gives you discounts of up to 50 per cent on most leisure activities.

Discounts are also available at several Birmingham theatres and other attractions.

Please note - certain activities are free to Birmingham residents enrolled on the Be Active scheme. Birmingham residents aged 16 and under or 60+ can swim for free at all city council pools.

How to apply

To get your card and/or the advanced booking option, simply pop into
your local leisure or fitness centre and fill out an application form. Please note, if you are applying for a PTL card you must take with you proof of your address and proof that you are eligible.

Alternatively you can apply for any of the above cards/options online at

Please note that although you can submit an
application for a PTL card online you will still need to go into your
nearest site with proof of eligibility and fee (if appropriate) before the card can be issued.
