What does it do?Providing a full range of information as the first point of contact for people with dementia, carers, professionals and the general public.

This is done either by telephone, information packs, leaflets, posters, books, videos, dvds and other publications. We have a resources room with Internet access and have a lending library. We produce a regular newsletter.
