If you are intending to attend the Bureau for advice you will need to attend between 09.30am and 4.00pm.
We can see up to 20 people each day. There also is a reception service
available every day which provides information only, no advice.

What to expect then:

After providing you with advice, we will either:

Conclude your issue(s) during the gateway interview;

Take you on as a client and assist you with your ongoing issue(s);

Refer you to another organisation better suited to your advice needs.
