What does it do?Carewatch provides care and support in the community with a view to preventing or delaying the need for higher intensity and more costly care.

Your privacy and dignity is our highest priority. Listening to your particular needs and choices, we provide a bespoke service designed to enable you to remain as independent as possible. Carewatch offer different levels of support, as you need it, when you need it. Your care and support worker can help in many ways, providing assistance, reassurance and encouragement. They are there to support you with the challenges of everyday life such as light domestic duties, shopping and cleaning, but will also provide companionship and friendship for you.

A Carewatch care and support worker also recognises that there may be a need for more personal support and can help you with your more intimate daily routine such as washing and getting ready in the morning. They can also provide more complex care following an illness, hospital discharge or long-term nursing.

We can provide the care services you require in the following areas; Ashtead, Beare Green, Capel, Dorking, Effingham, Epsom, Fetcham, Horley, Leatherhead, Mickleham, Newdigate, Redhill, Reigate. What it costs:

Carewatch offers a broad range of affordable care and support solutions, tailored to an individuals own personal requirements. Subject to your financial circumstances, you may be entitled to funding support. For more details, contact your local social services who will be more than happy to advise you.

One of our trained Field Support Workers will be delighted to visit you and discuss a Personal Support Plan with you and the fees involved.
