Indoor exercise: Seated exercise classes, Gym circuits, Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Wii Sport, EXTEND classes, New Age Curling and Table tennis. Outdoor exercise: Walking, Nordic walking, Cycling, Gardening and Allotment groups. Healthy eating: Lunch clubs, Cookery classes and Weight control groups. |

Adur, Arun, Chichester, Crawley, Horsham, Mid Sussex, Worthing (West Sussex). | Additional information: Fit as a Fiddle is a national health and wellbeing programme for the 50 plus. It is supported by The National Lottery through the Big Lottery Wellbeing Fund and is designed to help older people live healthier, more active and fulfilling lives. The programme works within the community to deliver a range of active networks to older people which includes indoor/outdoor physical activity, healthy eating and healthy lifestyles.
Fit as a Fiddle works in partnership with local Kent and Sussex organisations to support them in the set up of new activities.
