What does it do?The service provides:
Visiting Helping people access information and services. Collecting prescriptions. Short term support.
Our volunteers are unable to carry out housework, shopping, DIY or gardening and personal care, however, we will provide information about appropriate services that can. Our highly trained volunteers will visit on a regular basis initially for 12 weeks. We can sit and chat over a cuppa, escort you on a planned outing, help with correspondence and…perhaps most importantly…we’ll listen to your needs and give the right information as to where help is available.
