What does it do?

Improving Access to Adult Social Care services – Sompriti works in partnership with East Sussex County Council and friends, families and Travellers to inform Black and minority ethnic people about Adult Social Care Services, help them access these services and give their views about Adult Social Care services and give their views about Adult Social Care to inform service planning and delivery. Adult Social Care services include services for older people; people with disabilities; carers; people with mental health issues; people with learning disabilities.
