What does it do?The County Council provides day service activities across West Sussex for people with varying needs. Six specialist services are also developing more community-based opportunities for people with a learning difficulty.
Day services may also be run by voluntary organisations such as Mind or Age Concern.

Local service covering: Adur, Arun, Chichester, Crawley, Horsham, Mid Sussex, Worthing (West Sussex).

What it costs:

We make a charge for some services, but this will depend on your financial circumstances.

How to access or apply for it:

We will need to assess your needs to see if you can receive a day service from the County Council. This is a discussion with you to find out how we can support you with the problems you are having.

We cannot guarantee services to everyone who gets in touch with us. But if we can't help you directly, we will provide you with information and point you to another organisation that might be able to help.
