What does it do?Provide a free information and support service for people aged 50 or over and live within the City & County of Swansea.

What kinds of issues are dealt with?

Will discuss Housing issues that are of concern to the client. Such as:-


Property too big
Unable to manage garden
Failing Health/Mobility Issues
Location no longer suitable to maintain day to day living
Cannot maintain property anymore
Too many steps to manage
Social Worker Support/Assessment

Updated information on Sheltered Accommodation in the City and County of Swansea. (Private Housing Associations and Local Authority).
Advice and leaflets on Residential and Care Home.
Will support through House Sale and move.
