What does it do?We offer a domiciliary service with highly-trained staff to people with complex needs, including people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities or mental health problems. The service also offers palliative care.
We provide a range of personal and practical care tasks to support people to live independently in their own homes. These range from cleaning and laundry to full personal care, including catheter care.

Who it is for:

The Avenues Trust Group provide home care support to older people, to people with disabilities - in fact to anyone who has difficulty in managing every day tasks, in their own homes, without some support.
