A visit by one of our Caseworkers will enable you, in the privacy of your own home, to find out more about our scheme and how we can help you. We can offer advice on:

- Welfare benefits
- Energy efficiency measures
- Advice on funding work
For Care & Repair clients in need of temporary heating, portable oil-filled radiators are available on loan.
Care & Repair have a list of approved contractors who have been thoroughly vetted. We will only use reputable contractors.
We have qualified Technical Officers who will:
- Offer expert advice
- Provide alternative options for your repairs or adaptations
- Prepare drawings and specifications
- Liaise with the contractors
- Obtain competitive quotes on your behalf
- Monitor and inspect the work on site through to completion
- Ensure the work has been completed to your satisfaction.
Care & Repair in partnership with East Northamptonshire Council and the Borough Council of Wellingborough also offer a Handyperson Scheme which carries out simple but essential works such as small home repairs and jobs around the house at a reasonable cost.
