Housing: a place to call home Housing options tailored to meet each person’s specific needs in locations of their choice.
Learning: a place to learn Education and learning services that offer support to people with a learning disability, from the time they leave school into adulthood.
Leisure: enjoy your life A range of individually tailored leisure opportunities for young people and adults with a learning disability.
Support: help when needed Support services to help people with a learning disability to make choices and live their lives the way they want.
Work: help finding work Jobs and training services that enable people with a learning disability to find paid employment. |
