What does it do?Family Mosaic’s Care and Supported Housing team supports vulnerable adults to live in the community and integrate into society.
A large part of our service concentrates on providing independent living support – enabling people to live in their own homes and get more out of their local communities

Who it is for:

We specialise in a number of support services: learning disabilities, mental health, young people leaving care, former rough sleepers, drug and alcohol misuse, and acquired brain injuries.

Local service covering: Basildon, Braintree, Brentwood, Castle point, Chelmsford, Colchester, Epping Forest, Harlow, Maldon, Rochford, Southend-on-Sea, Tendring, Thurrock, Uttlesford (Essex).
