Care UKCare UK Support at Home Chelmsford

What does it do?We provide expert support for people with a range of requirements both at home and through supported living.
We understand how valuable support in the home can be in enabling people to continue living independently. Our enablers provide a wide range of services for people with physical disabilities, children and families and people entering later life. This includes a sensitive end of life service which supports people to remain at home surrounded by friends and family rather than moving into a hospice.
We also provide supported accommodation for around 30 residents. This is a great option for older people and those living with learning disabilities who require access to round the clock care, but do not want to move into full residential care. Each person lives in a specially designed flat, complete with all the facilities they need to remain truly independent. Our expert team delivers support with daily living activities such as cooking or cleaning, and access to personal and medical care when needed.
Although we offer a wide diversity of different services, we view every person we work with as an individual with their own unique goals and aspirations. We work closely with each person to understand how we can support them to live life in the way they want. We call this approach person centred support and it reflects our belief that support services should fit in around the customer, not the other way around.
This approach is highly successful in helping the people we work with live more fulfilling and enjoyable lives.
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. Our team will be happy to help.
