What does it do?The Supported Living Service enables people to live in a home of their choice, with people who they choose to live with. It is also supportive of the person, the benefits and responsibilities of owning their own home or having a tenancy. And will support the person within their assessed level of needs, develop independent living skills and enable people to achieve their dreams, explore opportunities and to increase their independence both in the community and within their own home. |
