What does it do?

Our professionals assess the needs of each client individually, enabling Crossroads carer support workers to undertake the tasks normally carried out by the full-time care-giver so that she/he can use the time to do whatever they want - housework, shopping, leisure persuits or simply taking a relaxing break. Our packages can include:-

  • Feeding
  • Showering/bathing
  • Meal preparation
  • Assistance with eating and drinking
  • Toileting
  • Mobility transfers
  • Assistance getting up/going to bed
  • Dressing
  • Assistance with medication
  • Activities outside the home
  • Social Care
  • Emotional Support

We are a a registered Charity providing home based care services for people with disabilities and a respite service for their Carers.
