What does it do?Our professionals assess the needs of each client individually, enabling Crossroads carer support workers to undertake the tasks normally carried out by the full-time care-giver so that she/he can use the time to do whatever they want - housework, shopping, leisure persuits or simply taking a relaxing break. Our packages can include:- - Feeding
- Showering/bathing
- Meal preparation
- Assistance with eating and drinking
- Toileting
- Mobility transfers
- Assistance getting up/going to bed
- Dressing
- Assistance with medication
- Activities outside the home
