Information and Support

What does it do?

We offer one-to-one support and information by telephone Monday to Friday, 9am – 4pm. We know about local services and can save you time by answering your questions or pointing you in the right direction.
If you require more intensive support then we would allocate you a named person – a caseworker. This will normally consist of a series of 3 or 4 meetings which can take place at our offices, at home or via the telephone. As well as the services we offer we can refer for other kinds of help such as counselling, money/welfare benefits help, specialist housing support and free legal advice.
