Free welfare benefits advice & appeals service for Swansea's over 50s

What does it do?


For anyone living in Swansea aged 65+ we can:
• Carry out a full benefit check to make sure you are receiving everything you are entitled to
• Help with filling in forms like Attendance Allowance and Pension Credit

For anyone living in Swansea aged 50 to 64 we can:
• Advise you which benefits you may be able to claim
• Provide details of local organisations that can help you to complete any forms

Support with Welfare Benefit Appeals is available to anyone living in Swansea aged 50 or over.

We are open from 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and from 9.30am to 4.00pm on Fridays.

Our volunteer led drop-in service at Tŷ Davies is open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am to 3pm. All initial enquiries are handled by our triage before, if necessary, being referred onto our staff.
