| What to expect then: Wherever possible, we will arrange a face to face meeting with one of our Advisors. If we cannot do this, we will always offer advice by telephone or post. | Additional information: Our service is provided by volunteers from the tax profession running surgeries at appropriate venues such as Age Concerns.
