Who it is for: Older people on low incomes (less that £17,000 pa) who cannot afford to pay for professional advice.
Where it is available:National service (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales).
What it costs:The service is free.

What to expect then:
Wherever possible, we will arrange a face to face meeting with one of our Advisors. If we cannot do this, we will always offer advice by telephone or post.
Additional information:Our service is provided by volunteers from the tax profession running surgeries at appropriate venues such as Age Concerns. Eligible clients can book an appointment via our national call centre.
