What does it do?We provide an independent free tax advice service through our team of 720 volunteers operating throughout the UK.

Who it is for:

Older people on low incomes (less that £17,000 pa) who cannot afford to pay for professional advice.

Where it is available:

National service (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales).

What it costs:

The service is free.

How to access or apply for it:

    What to expect then:

    Wherever possible, we will arrange a face to face meeting with one of our Advisors. If we cannot do this, we will always offer advice by telephone or post.

    Additional information:

    Our service is provided by volunteers from the tax profession running surgeries at appropriate venues such as Age Concerns. Eligible clients can book an appointment via our national call centre.
